ANACOTT FORMM is a California-based collective of designers, contractors, and experienced prefab builders boasting over 50 years in the industry, transforming the possibilities of residential design and construction.

Our homes are crafted in a precision-controlled facility, built smarter, faster, and shielded from the elements. Each structure is collaboratively designed from the start, keeping the homeowner and community in focus, and is engineered utilizing AI and cutting-edge building techniques.

After placing our cores on their permanent foundations, we complete the custom interior and exterior designs of each home, incorporating high-end materials, advanced lighting, and the most innovative smart home systems available today.

We utilize the same reliable materials found in traditional stick-built homes but employ smarter, cleaner construction methods within a controlled environment. This results in tighter builds, quicker timelines, and groundbreaking innovations, such as on-demand wildfire protection and sustainable materials tailored for the next generation of environmental change.

At the heart of every project is a deep appreciation for good design, family life, and the rhythms of daily living. Michelle leads the creative vision, working closely with the design team to craft spaces that are both beautiful and highly personalized.

    With a strong background in real estate and a sharp eye for operations, Jon is the point person for all questions related to our builds, design process, and fire-resilient strategies. He manages the day-to-day progress of each project, ensuring timelines are met, communication flows smoothly, and every detail is executed to the highest standard. Jon plays a vital role in keeping our projects organized, efficient, and on track from start to finish.
